The session begins with guided breath work and awareness practice to slow down, become present, and connect with your inner emotional state. This stage prepares the mind for a more intuitive and open creative process.

Express through Art
Using simple materials and prompts, you create freely without focusing on technique or outcomes. The emphasis is on allowing emotions, thoughts, and sensations to flow naturally into visual expression.

Reflect and Interpret
Together, we interpret elements of the piece and explores how the imagery, colours, and forms reflect subconscious thoughts or feelings, offering a deeper insight into your inner landscape.
