This program is for women who are used to holding things together for everyone else.. strong, self-aware, and capable, yet often mentally overloaded or emotionally stretched.
Over twelve weeks, we work gently with awareness, regulation and alignment, helping you return to a steadier, more present relationship with yourself.
This work is not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to yourself.
THE JOURNEY
Over twelve weeks we will cover 5 key phases to support both inner awareness and practical transformation.
Each session will focus on a key theme or concept, with practical tools and practices that can be incorporated into daily life. You will have the space to reflect, share insights and ask questions.
Sessions will be held weekly on Fridays, from 6pm to 7:30pm (IST).

Prerna Khetrapal
Prerna’s work is rooted in her own journey from overwhelm and constant doing toward greater clarity, calm and inner trust. Through years of exploring meditation, breath work, nervous system awareness and reflective practices, she experienced a gradual shift from living in stress and reactivity to moving through life with more alignment.
As the founder of Kaizen Wellness in Goa, Prerna has spent the past several years creating spaces that invite people to pause, reconnect with themselves and experience meaningful inner shifts.
A mother of two daughters and a former corporate professional with an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Prerna brings both lived experience and deep presence to her work. She believes that real transformation begins when we learn to slow down, create coherence in our mind and body and listen to the wisdom that already lives within us.
