Through breathing and asanas, Hatha Yoga harmonizes opposing energies within you - solar (masculine, analytical) and lunar (feminine, creative) - preparing you for a higher form of self.
A Message from your guide
Srishti Manchanda
Having walked through my own life, I know firsthand how powerfully these practices can hold us when nothing else can. It is from that place of having been broken open and slowly made whole that I show up for every student.
I believe the body holds deep intelligence, and that real wellness begins when we learn to listen to it. I do not teach yoga merely as an exercise but as a conversation between the mind, body, and soul.
